ABOUT EQ

EQ (Emotional Quotient)
EMOTIONS are popping someone's feelings.
UNDERSTANDING EQ (Emotional Quotient) / emotional intelligence:

   
1. UIN MALANG - Ability to recognize own feelings, the feelings of others, motivating yourself, managing emotions well, and relate to others (Daniel Goldman).
   
2. Ability to understand and control emotions (PETER SALOVELY & John Mayer).
   
3. Ability perceive, understand and effectively apply the power, fear-era, emotions as a source of energy, information, and influence (COOPER & SAWAF).
   
4. Responsible for self-esteem, self-awareness, social sensitivity, and social adaptation (Seagel).

ASPECT EQ (SALOVELY & Goldman) THERE FIVE:

   
1. The ability to know yourself (self-awareness).
   
2. The ability to manage emotions (self control).
   
3. The ability of self-motivation.
   
4. The ability to control the emotions of others.
   
5. Ability to relate to others (empathy).

* - Appreciating the negative emotions of others.
    
* - Patience deal with negative emotions of others.
    
* - Aware of and appreciate the emotional self.

UIN MALANG - Emotional Quotient (EQ) has an important role in personal and professional success. EQ is considered as a requirement for personal success. The main reason is that people believe that the emotions as a personal matter and has no place outside of one's inner core is also the boundaries of the family.
It is important that we need to understand what it takes to help us build a positive and satisfying life, as this will encourage PROFESSIONAL achieve our goals.
Dr. Daniel Goleman gives an assumption of how important the role of EQ in personal and professional success:

    
* - 90% performance is determined by EQ.
    
* - Technical knowledge and contribute only 4%.

Of the many studies found that the result or opinion that individuals who have high IQs show poor performance in work, while the low-IQ actually very perprestasi. This is because individuals who have high IQs often have misleading properties as follows:

    
* - Are you sure you know all things.
    
* - Frequent use of the mind to reason not to feel.
    
* - Convinced that IQ is more important than EQ.
    
* - Often make the priorities that damage our own health.

Academic ability, the value of report cards, college graduation predicate unbiased a barometer of how well a person's performance after work or how high the success to be achieved.
According to the 1973 MICK CLELLAND "TESTING FOR competence", that set of conversations such as empathy, self-discipline, and initiative will generate PEOPLE THAT SUCCESS AND STAR-STARPERFORMANCE.

1. Understand the importance of the role of emotion and understanding that allows you to feel a big difference in how we control emotions. This occurs when feeling very happy because of the intensity and range of emotions, where we overt control over the impulse to feel it. This can prevent people to no longer share and respect the feelings of others.
   
2. Express the fact that no one had the same feelings about a similar issue. Accepting differences is a problem in society that expects everyone to act like that.
   
3. Emotion is an act to curb unhealthy and can lead us into negative ways. It's best to channel the emotions naturally and gradually.
   
4. Sharpen intuition problem solving when faced with a problem that we can not possibly control it. It's useful to understand the difference between influence and control. There are some things we can affect people and some situations, but may also occur the possibility that people who want to control everything.
   
5. Knowing the limitations of yourself and know when we need to change strategy.
   
6. Allows other people be themselves, without imposing our expectations on them.
   
7. Knowing yourself and appreciate our potential for personal growth.
   
8. Knowing the importance of compassion, caring and sharing together.
