In 622 AD, Muhammad and his followers migrated to Medina. This event is called the Hijrah. Another event that occurred after the pilgrimage is making Hijirah calendar.
Mecca and Medina resident fought with the Prophet Muhammad PBUH. with good results although there among the Muslims who were killed. Eventually the Muslims became more robust, and successfully conquered the city of Mecca. After the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. died, the entire Arabian Peninsula under Muslim domination.

EQ (Emotional Quotient)
EMOTIONS are popping someone's feelings.
UNDERSTANDING EQ (Emotional Quotient) / emotional intelligence:
1. UIN MALANG - Ability to recognize own feelings, the feelings of others, motivating yourself, managing emotions well, and relate to others (Daniel Goldman).
2. Ability to understand and control emotions (PETER SALOVELY & John Mayer).
3. Ability perceive, understand and effectively apply the power, fear-era, emotions as a source of energy, information, and influence (COOPER & SAWAF).
4. Responsible for self-esteem, self-awareness, social sensitivity, and social adaptation (Seagel).
